The Griffith residence was a great transformation from a simple turf back yard to a great space for the whole family to enjoy. The elements that this project involved are Seat walls, raised patio, premium limestone coping, grill surround, low voltage lighting and a natural stone fountain. The challenge with this property was the height of the deck inhibited it from tying into the space below. To overcome that, the main patio was raised 14" to allow people below to feel they are part of the same space.
